In the course of my professional life as both an employer and an employee, there are always phases of orientation, change and questioning of the current situation. This need for a new orientation can be triggered by takeovers or restructuring, but can also come from within - "Am I still the same?," "Do I still feel comfortable in this environment?", "Do I still want to do this for the next 20 years?"

Executives, works council and HR representatives often have to have "separation talks" with employees. We will support you in this phase with specific training courses and personal advice in order to conduct these discussions in an effective and transparent manner. In this situation, we show employees possible perspectives and options for professional and, if necessary, personal development. This also includes the dual consideration of possible opportunities and potential risks.
