Birgit Wolters, a graduate in business administration, has over 30 years’ experience in international personnel consulting, personal coaching, mediation, and more recently in applied positive psychology. Her special ability lies in empowering clients to accept new challenges in a confident and technically convincing manner or to perceive management tasks differently. The desire for change and the development of personal strengths and abilities helps to create concrete attainable professional goals.

Frederik Siebrandt is manager of the Bad Homburg/ Frankfurt branch office and a member of the VBLP management board. He has more than 20 years’ professional consultancy experience, among other things spanning communication, executive search, coaching, Newplacement and change management. Having conducted more than 500 successful consultations with professionals and, (top) executives, he has a solid network of reliable contacts. Frederik Siebrandt believes in offering open, direct and respectful advice. He can advise on multi-role and cross-industry issues, and has specialist expertise in: media, chemicals, trade/retail, FMCG and ITC.

Konrad Gorcks has more than 20 years’ experience in consulting, coaching and management diagnostics, especially in top management. His expertise covers various sectors (including banking, automotive services, pharmaceutical, IT, telecommunications, insurance and retail). His primary focus is actively supporting managing directors and top executives in the targeted development and transformation of their respective companies. Konrad Gorcks has a Masters degree in psychology and is a qualified coach who uses the repertory grid methodology alongside other scientifically accredited models.

Rudolf Frisch has many years’ experience in C-level positions (CFO, COO) in various industries and is a trained banker and business economist. He holds a diploma in business administration – Diplom Betriebswirt (FH) – and his range of experience includes: general management, controlling/finance, operations, HR/IT and sales/marketing. As a systemic business coach and logotherapist, he has facilitated the development of professionals and executives for over ten years. For Rudolf Frisch, supporting clients in different change situations and from diverse backgrounds is both a core competence and a personal concern.

Marinus Rooders, born in the Netherlands, has held various senior management positions in the international high-tech IT industry for more than 20 years. And since 2003 he has worked as a coach and mentor for those seeking reorientation and professional development. His way of working is characterised by listening and dialogue so that new paths can be jointly identified – the goals of the individual are always at the centre of the process!


Stefan Henn academically trained as a systemic consultant (M.A.) and as a business economist (B.A.). For over 10 years he has been a career- and business coach.
It is his strength to raise people’s awareness of their abilities and talents, to accompany them through the process of development and to train them in a targeted manner. With respect and empathy, he enables his clients to gain a clear picture of their personal goals, strengths and values in order to successfully position themselves professionally.

Andreas Pichler has 25 years of diverse work experience. He began his professional career as an industrial technician and, over the years, he has become an expert on change processes. As a graduate in business administration and a qualified systemic consultant, he supports people by enabling them to discover their abilities and enhance their potential. Promoting transformation through coaching, moderation and consultancy is his passion! He has experience in IT, media and classic manufacturing companies as well as start-ups.

Nadja Satzger can draw on her many years of experience working in the personnel sector - personnel development including coaching, staff selection, deployment and recruitment, to name but a few. For her, the focus has always been on the person who takes responsibility for his/her own actions. With her mindful, appreciative and individual support she guides the client to find his potentials and abilities. Therefore, the client is empowered to rediscover his drive, which automatically enables him to be motivated, strong and energetic.
Today she works as a freelancer focussing on professional reorientation, professional career and career planning, as well as executive coaching, team development and conflict management.

Alice John has been advising and supporting companies, executives, teams and individuals undergoing change processes for more than 15 years. A qualified coach and consultant in organisational development who is unencumbered by competing approaches and methodologies, and well-versed in transforming perspectives in counselling situations, she always succeeds in developing a willingness to change and reorientate by establishing respectful and trusting relationships.

Petra Kopp is eager to help companies and their people successfully position themselves in the market and develop them further to achieve success at the next level. As a graduate in business administration and communication, a systemic organisational developer and change manager, she brings many years of expertise and practical experience to her consultancy – both as an executive manager, and as an executive working in international strategic and operative sales and marketing management. And as a trainer and university lecturer in leadership, change management and innovation, her additional commitment as a supervisory board member for Tech Start-Ups means she is always close to the pulse of digitisation and transformation.

As a systemic coach, Bernd Seidel has been advising and coaching professionals and managers whilst in the process of professional and/or personal transition for over ten years. His passion is interview training. As a graduate engineer for production technology in IT he started his professional career as a project manager and business analyst. His curiosity and skepticism led him to journalism. Since the early 2000s, he has been working as managing director for a communications agency. His knowledgebase includes the following industries and topics: IT, automotive, mechanical and plant engineering, process industry, life science/ pharma, media / PR, artificial intelligence, robotics, SAP and agile organization. His credo: go for it!

Dorine Lattemann has worked for more than 20 years in international marketing, communication and sales. Many years of management experience, as well as international business development, inform her fluent knowledge of the "other side" in the application and positioning process. As a consultant and qualified coach, she has been working on topics such as leadership development and Newplacement since 2011. Her focus is the development of strengths- and future-oriented personality profile.

Michael Hans Hahl is branch manager in Hamburg. For over 15 years he has been working as an experienced consultant and trainer in career and HR management. He focuses on clear, well-directed communication on all levels, as well as on a strategic market approach in relation to professional reorientation and realignment. Michael Hans Hahl advises experts and managers all the way to board level. As a passionate business networker with a high affinity for social media, he is in possession of a strong, nationwide contact network. Dirk Lengemann, a qualified psychologist –has been working as a consultant, trainer and coach for over 30 years - including fifteen years as the managing director for a nationwide consulting firm. He specializes in all aspects of personnel development. He distinguishes himself through his extensive network and broad industry knowledge in both sectors, service and production. His exclusively tailored support incorporating each individual’s goals and needs enables him to assist people successfully in difficult and challenging professional situations.

Klaus-Dieter Böse has more than 25 years’ experience in corporate development, change management and developing human resources. A qualified systemic coach (SG), he has a strong motivation to support people through professional and private change processes, and to help them develop new perspectives. He brings extensive commercial experience in transport and logistics.


Rebecca Rottinger is head of the Stuttgart branch. She is a trained political scientist and has long-standing management experience. She accompanies companies and people, in accordance with their individual needs and frameworks, empathetically and professionally through processes of change. Her emphasis is a holistic approach. In her role as key account manager she therefore places great value on personal support for companies and commits herself as consultant for the employees involved. Her focus is keeping an eye on both, economic and social goals on either side.

Katharina Schindler has a degree in business administration, is a trained coach and a certified coach for the Zurich Resource Model and has additional postgraduate training in psychotherapy. She has been supporting people, primarily senior staff, in professional and personal situations of upheaval for over ten years. She herself has many years of executive experience, most recently as a Managing Consultant for a consulting firm. The core elements of her work include uncovering resources, highlighting one's own brand and successfully shaping change processes.

Frank Visarius has been a member of the VBLP management board for 14 years, and since 2007 he has advised professionals and executives across different disciplines, roles and industries. A trained lawyer specialising in employment and civil law, he has worked as a commercial lawyer, HR manager and a district manager for over 20 years with responsibility for the entire HR value chain. In addition to his broad management responsibilities in matrix organisations, he has designed many transformation processes, and delivered reorganisation and restructuring projects. To complete his profile, he also brings empathy, years of sales and KAM experience, as well as a comprehensive understanding of how the economy functions.

André Habisch has more than 20 years of experience in human resources. After many years as an executive in HR consultancy, he has been working for more than ten years as an interim manager in personnel marketing, personnel development and change management. He brings this practical experience to his advisory role working with clients undertaking professional reorientation, which thus further enhances its practical relevance. Stella Krüger holds a degree in business administration and has a particular passion for consultancy. Krüger heads the consultancy in Munich and brings management experience from operational marketing. As an advanced life & system coach, she has been passionately supporting and coaching professionals and executives to achieve professional and personal changes for nearly 20 years. Her working method adopts a clear personal, empathetic and goal-oriented focus, and she brings industrial expertise across areas such as ITC, financial services, healthcare, manufacturing and public services.

Barbara Kögler has 22 years’ experience as a corporate communications executive and is a qualified systemic management coach. Her consultancy role involves providing personal support for those experiencing a career change, and working with them to develop new perspectives. She brings extensive experience of the automotive, telecommunications and IT sectors.

Henrich Abegg is the managing director and also a partner in VBLP GmbH. After completing a business education and studying international business administration, he began a career in sales and marketing. Other posts have included roles in mergers & acquisition and strategic business consultancy. He is driven by an interest in people and by the challenge of finding and implementing creative new professional solutions on their behalf. Through his diverse experience in industry, services, and financial services, in many different capacities, Henrich Abegg can quickly adapt to the demands of new situations. He is convinced that Newplacement and career consultancy can deliver sustainable success.

Ulrike Luz has been working as a personnel and career consultant for executives since gaining her degree in Business Administration, and has underpinned her professional experience with various further training courses, for example in systematic coaching. During her consultation, she is focused on discovering the person behind the CV. She finds personal conversation an invaluable tool to help understand an individual’s strengths, motivations, goals and respective life situation, to facilitate jointly defining a new professional perspective. Developing an individual’s own style and brand, and thus the ability to create their own story, are the final phases of her consultancy and a very successful means of addressing a new professional challenge.

Michael Biedenbach loves to support people and help them find a new fulfilling role. For almost ten years he has been advising on a holistic, systemic approach which looks at how the individual connects and interacts with his social network of contacts and relationships. Michael Biedenbach is a qualified economist and banker. In 2010 he completed a coaching qualification in the art of face reading. He brings extensive commercial experience gained in credit institutions and in the recruitment industry, and knows the world of work both as an employee and as a self-employed person.

In addition to international management experience and a double degree in business administration, she has a deep-rooted knowledge of consulting. Ann Krombholz brings many years of leadership experience in human resource management, IT administration, and as a communications officer in the food and organic-food industries. This includes project management at events and conferences, as well as the establishment of a PR and marketing department. She is a qualified Systemic Coach (SG) and Life-Design Coach. Ann Krombholz has been advising and supporting professionals and executives across all phases of career orientation for more than 10 years; and as a lecturer in self-marketing, her core concern is that any career should be in harmony with the personality of the individual.



Claus-Jürgen Wais has gained many years of management and consulting experience from various management and specialist functions in an international group environment as well as from several board functions, amongst others in the Arbeitgeberverband (employers' association) and in the German pension insurance. He is an expert especially in designing and implementing extensive transformation processes including the required change management, staff restructuring, skills development and in particular in individual advice on professional reorientation. It is here, where he is able to rely on a strong and extended professional network of contacts.

Thomas W. Nelz has many years’ experience as a manager in finance, personnel, operations and management consultancy and is a qualified consultant for professional reorientation. Ulrike Regelsberger has many years of management experience in sales, and more than 15 years’ experience in career consultancy advising executives and professionals. Her passion is providing personal and empathetic support for professional and personal change processes, as well as coaching and conflict management. She is a qualified trainer and systemic coach. Ulrike Regelsberger has extensive experience in small and medium-sized enterprises, mechanical engineering, banking and insurance, the paper and printing industry, and the pharmaceutical industry.

She combines an extensive knowledge of digital marketing with her experience as an ICF-qualified coach in international and intercultural contexts. She brings more than 15 years’ industry experience in IT, telecommunications and advertising.

Volker Bienert has worked in the IT software industry for over 20 years at US Blue Chips as an international sales and marketing executive. His work with experienced professionals and executives is informed by many years of training and further education as a coach, trainer and consultant. His empathy, professionalism and results-oriented approach has supported more than 250 managers during their career transition. With an industry focus on ICT, manufacturing, services, retail and international careers, Volker Bienert believes: "Careers take shape when the right goals are in place".

Danela Dumdei, who has a degree in business management, has more than 30 years of professional experience, including some 15 years’ industrial experience in sales and marketing. As an accredited Systemic Coach (DBVC), she works in the areas of career reorientation, career management and career planning, executive coaching and development, and team development. Danela Dumdei’s personal attributes include a comprehensive knowledge of industry and the labour market, and a systematic approach, as well as empathy and immense personal integrity.


After completing her studies, Claudia Nöllke initially worked as a marketing consultant and advertising and PR writer for the capital goods industry. For seven years she worked as a freelance journalist for the german newspaper “Handelsblatt” and wrote about business and career topics. She also gained experience in recruiting. She understands under what conditions an application prompts interest from HR. For the past 15 years she has been using her extensive professional experience to raise profiles of specialists and executives, professionally position them in the job market and prepare them for selection processes: ranging from classic job interviews and automated online interviews to assessment centers. She understands how to strengthen personal persuasiveness and charisma. To her, each career progression is unique and worthwhile.

Monika Bergmann has supported people for 30 years in discovering their own abilities and potential. As a graduate psychologist, she uses professional tools as well as her own diagnostic intuition. In her consultancy, she emphasises the role of clarifying one’s own abilities in developing and realising career goals, and supports every client with consistent pragmatism. As a systemic management coach, she has acquired a broad knowledge of industry, especially medium-sized companies.

Michael Stieglitz holds many years of experience working as Head of Human Resources and as a Global HR Business Partner and, as a former member of Executive and Director Boards of international corporations and medium-sized companies, he is familiar with the relevant organizational structures. Through his daily work he is very acquainted with the management of transformation, change and digitization processes. He particularly enjoys co-working with his customers to develop growth and reorganization strategies.
He has considerable expertise in management mentoring, accompanying specialists and executives in change processes in line-, as well as matrix- and agile organizations. Personal diagnostics, interview techniques, and solution-oriented conversations and negotiations are all part of his advisory skills.
Michael Stieglitz possesses extensive industry experience in the metal and electrics industry, especially in power electronics companies, the semiconductor, telecommunications and automotive supply industries. He is an honorary judge at the Nuremberg Labour Court.
