Orientation & Options
In the course of my professional life as both an employer and an employee, there are always phases of orientation, change and questioning of the current situation. This need for a new orientation can be triggered by takeovers or restructuring, but can also come from within - "Am I still the same?," "Do I still feel comfortable in this environment?", "Do I still want to do this for the next 20 years?"
Executives, works council and HR representatives often have to have "separation talks" with employees. We will support you in this phase with specific training courses and personal advice in order to conduct these discussions in an effective and transparent manner. In this situation, we show employees possible perspectives and options for professional and, if necessary, personal development. This also includes the dual consideration of possible opportunities and potential risks.
Stabilisation & Activation
After the first emotional roller coaster ride of declaring the intention of separation/change, it is now a matter of considering a new perspective in a target-oriented way. This could be in the same company in a different role, with a different company, or even through self-employment. All options are considered, analysed and evaluated through a consultative process, then defined as a goal. HR representatives, managers and, if desired, employee advisors can offer you empathetic support during this time.
Motivated & Good to Go
Our consultation will focus on your individual goals, motivations, assets and especially on the strength of your personal profile. Together with your consultant, you will work on these essential areas and learn how to optimally promote and market your attributes. Based on a sound industry analysis, we will jointly define your preferred professional goal in order to secure you a new role.
Supporting you throughout this process with a series of practical activities, our experienced and highly-qualified consultants will take on the responsibility of successfully reorientating your career. They will work with and for you, identifying the optimal new challenge.
Debut & Induction
You’re in. You’ve signed your new employment contract, and your first day is approaching.
We won’t leave you to cope alone. We can coach you on what stance to adopt from day one in your new role, so that you can quickly find your feet in that new environment. This onboarding phase is also important for companies.
Integrating new employees quickly avoids the risk of losing them all too soon, and is thus an important element of business success.
