Annelie Alexandru

Annelie Alexandru looks back on 15 years of professional experience as a project manager for the technical realization of major film and television productions. She succeeds in leading people and accompanying them on the path to their own strengths through a high level of empathy, commitment and efficiency.

Today, as a member of the German Professional Coaching Association (DFC), she coaches and advises people in change processes. This involves professional reorientation, motivation, skills and individual development.

Her clients benefit from her pragmatic approach and her well-founded training. Annelie Alexandru is certified in the areas of psychological counseling, personal and business coaching as well as career counseling. Through her additional certification as a Feelgood Manager, she understands not only the needs of her clients but also the business-oriented needs of employers, which has given her a keen sense of the job market.
