As a systemic coach, Bernd Seidel has been advising and coaching professionals and managers whilst in the process of professional and/or personal transition for over ten years. His passion is interview training. As a graduate engineer for production technology in IT he started his professional career as a project manager and business analyst. His curiosity and skepticism led him to journalism. Since the early 2000s, he has been working as managing director for a communications agency.
