In 20 years of consulting, I have been able to get to know the personnel market from different perspectives. Today, this gives me a holistic view of the challenges of professional reorientation. My formative professional experience comes from my work as a recruiter/headhunter, executive, educational consultant and marketing expert. But the best teacher is still life. Therefore, my own resume is the basis and source of my success as a consultant.
