After completing her studies, Claudia Nöllke initially worked as a marketing consultant and advertising and PR writer for the capital goods industry. For seven years she worked as a freelance journalist for the german newspaper “Handelsblatt” and wrote about business and career topics. She also gained experience in recruiting. She understands under what conditions an application prompts interest from HR. For the past 15 years she has been using her extensive professional experience to raise profiles of specialists and executives, professionally position them in the job market and prepare them for selection processes: ranging from classic job interviews and automated online interviews to assessment centers.
