Tanja Gippert

Tanja Gippert has worked as a manager in the personnel services industry for the past 15 years. Here she successfully established herself from the position of personnel planner to regional area manager in an international group. Topics such as change, outplacement, leadership, company training and further education, personnel consulting and placement as well as coaching have been part of her tasks for many years. Ms. Gippert has already received several awards for her commitment to the placement of older employees and is active on a voluntary basis in various examination committees of the Chamber of Industry and Commerce.
