LEADERSHIP COMPETENCIES

Leadership experience is consistently a good testimony for people looking for work. Yet, what will make a good leader these days? The sixth "Global Leadership Forecast" study by the Californian talent management partner DDI from 2011 identified the following: Good leaders must implement corporate strategies, drive and manage change and coach and advance their workforce. In addition, the following two leadership skills are starting to be more and more important: identifying and advancing talents as well as promoting creativity and innovation. The quality of a leader does not depend on talent alone, but can be systematically trained, as offered by VBLP in their individual and customized career coaching sessions.
