A compact programme, within the individual outplacement, offered by VBLP for a limited period of time, concise and versatile - adjusted to individual needs and wishes. Orientation consultancy is of particular interest if a client does not need the entire individual outplacement but would like to address a set of identified issues and focus together with the consultant on those specific predefined areas.
