Outplacement consultancy is a service for companies and departing employees, aiming to create socially acceptable terminations or separations. Companies will be accompanied through the entire separation process, from preparation and organization to supporting the remaining employees and any required external communication (press, customers, etc.). Affected employees are offered expert support for their professional reorientation, up to and including the signing of a new contract or the formation of a new business.
