All-round support right from the start

In the context of professional reorientation, it is very conducive to be guided by an experienced consultant. At VBLP, clients are guided through a field-tested consulting programme adapted to each and every individual need. The programme consists of three phases: Self-analysis and goal setting with the formulation of alternatives until reaching a decision, preparation for application activities based on the relevant strategy and lastly implementing the application activities for the labour market. This also includes consulting during contract negotiations and support whilst familiarising with the new position.
