Using an external expert perspective

VBLP consultants actively support the reorientation and repositioning of their clients who, as job applicants, need to be aware and able to take advantage of all the opportunities offered by the market in order to find a new job that suits them perfectly. Together with their client the consultant reviews all offers. Acting like a pilot, he firstly helps compiling all available offers in order to jointly determine the best option for the client. Candidates are then added to the in-house applicant exchange with an anonymous short profile. Within this applicant exchange, offered by VBLP in cooperation with the OutplacementGroup Association, companies as well as HR consultants access an up-to-date overview of interesting candidates for various vacancies.
