VBLP workshops prepare executives, line managers and HR management staff for the separation situation and the termination talks.
The primary aim is to understand the separation process and to prepare for it thoroughly, to be able to assess the particular situation as well as the participants correctly and to acquire the necessary confidence for emotionally tense situations. The workshop teaches how to deal with different reaction patterns - including through role-playing - and assists in conducting the dialogue. Practical tips for adequate framework conditions based on many years of experience are just as helpful as legal pointers. The workshops are offered on an ongoing basis and nationwide, and if required, are designed specifically for a business.
