With the following data protection information we, VBLP GmbH, explain what personal data we collect from you according to § 13 Telemediengesetz (TMG) when you visit our website www.vblp-newplacement.de and how we use this data.
According to Art. 4 No. 1 of the Basic Data Protection Regulation of the EU (DSGVO), personal data refers to all information that relates to an identified or identifiable person ("data subject"); an identifiable person is defined as a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or one or more specific characteristics expressing the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that person.
According to current legal opinion, this includes the IP address (which is automatically transmitted when you visit the server and is pseudonymised by us by removing the last triplet), as well as data that you transmit via our contact form.

EVALUATION OF USER BEHAVIOUR (WEBTRACKING)
We use Matomo to obtain statistics about our visitors and the popularity of individual pages on our website. The unique IP address of your device is pseudonymised by removing the last triplet at provider level. This means that an identifiable personal reference is no longer possible. We also do not combine the pseudonymous data with other identifying data.
You can decide here whether a unique web analysis cookie may be stored in your browser in order to enable the collection and analysis of the statistical data mentioned.
If you decide against cookie storage, please click the following link to place the Matomo deactivation cookie in your browser.
Your visit to this web site is currently recorded by Matomo Web Analytics. Click here so that your visit is no longer recorded.
Please note that this Matomo deactivation cookie only controls the settings for this device and this browser. After deleting all cookies, when using another device or another browser, this opt-out must be undertaken again.
Data in Matomo is deleted annually for the previous year.
Data that you transmit to us via our contact form (http://www.vblp-newplacement.de/ kontakt.html) is stored as part of the automatic web logs. The transmission of your message to our email address will be unencrypted. We cannot reliably exclude the possibility that it may be read by third parties during transmission.
It is not necessary to enter your name if you wish to send us a message via our contact form. If you do not wish to provide this information, please enter a hyphen in the fields marked with an asterisk.
If you have any further questions regarding data protection at VBLP GmbH, Munich, or if you wish to exercise your rights as a data subject (e.g. information, correction or blocking/deletion), you are welcome to contact our data protection officer Dr. Hermann Pörting.
