With the following data protection information, we, VBLP GmbH, explain which personal data we collect about you in accordance with § 13 of the German Telemedia Act (TMG) when you visit our website www.vblp-newplacement.de, and how we use your data.
PERSONAL DATA
According to Article 4(1) of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), personal data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person ("data subject"); an identifiable natural person is one who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person.
According to current legal opinion, this includes the IP address, which is automatically transmitted when you visit the server and is pseudonymised by us by removing the last triplet, and furthermore data that you transmit via our contact form.
CONNECTION
We use the data collected to reply to you when you send us a contact request, as well as to evaluate user behaviour and to optimise our web offering. We assure you that we will not use the data for any other advertising purposes or pass it on to third parties without your consent.

GENERAL DATA RECIPIENTS
Our website is technically managed by our order processor (in accordance with Art. 28 Para. 3 DSGVO) datamints GmbH, Im Thal 2, 82377 Penzberg.
VISITING OUR WEBSITE
Every time you access our website, your browser transmits the following data to our server:
- IP address of your device from which the page was requested.
- Page accessed
- Transferred arguments
- Date and time
These are automatically logged for reasons of technical security, in particular to defend against attempted attacks, and deleted daily if there is no need to do so.
EVALUATION OF USER BEHAVIOUR (WEBTRACKING)
We use Matomo to obtain statistics about our visitors and the attractiveness of individual pages of our website. For this purpose, the unique IP address of your device is pseudonymised by removing the last triple at provider level. This means that a conceivable personal reference is no longer possible. We also do not combine the pseudonymous data with otherwise identifying information.

It is not necessary to enter your name if you wish to send us a message via our contact form. If you do not wish to do so, please enter a hyphen in the fields marked with an asterisk as required.
