Orientation sessions help the employees concerned to process their situation, to better recognise their options, and to make constructive decisions. The focus is on the opportunities and possibilities associated with change. The main content of the discussion is primarily an initial assessment of the individual’s prospects in the labour market. It takes into account the person’s current personal and professional situation as well as individual competences and abilities. The consultant and client also discuss future personal and professional goals. In addition, the support services VBLP could offer are explained in detail, i.e. the consultation process is presented and explained in detail. Even after these orientation sessions, our consultants will assist the employees concerned by phone or in person and support them in their further decision making.
